Common questions
How do I edit text on the hat?
Tap it to retype it and pick a thread colour. Long-press it to pick it up and move it anywhere on the hat, then tap Done.
How do I add pictures, new text, or draw?
Use the needle button at the bottom left. It offers Picture, Text, Draw, Hat colour and Scene.
How do I undo?
Shake your iPhone or iPad, or press ⌘Z on the Mac.
Do my designs sync?
Yes, through your private iCloud, across your iPhone, iPad and Mac. Make sure iCloud is on for Head Dreams in Settings.
Try It On can’t see my camera.
Allow camera access for Head Dreams in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. The camera image never leaves your device.
Are there hidden things?
Yes. We won’t say more. Poke around.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
